You paid for it.
It still doesn't do what you were promised.

A tool, a website, or a system, sitting half-finished and quietly costing you, while you wonder if you were daft to buy it.

Worth saving, or worth replacing

01

Work out what's actually wrong

Something isn't right, and it's often hard to tell whether the thing itself is wrong, the setup is, or it just never suited how you work. Working that out, without pointing fingers, is the first thing I do.

02

Saved or replaced, told straight

I take a proper look at what you've got and tell you straight: worth saving, or better replaced. Then I either get it doing the job you paid for, or find you something that will and set it up so it sticks. No blame, no jargon.

03

Stop feeding money into nothing

Either way, you stop feeding money into something that does nothing, and you finally get what you were promised. If you'd like me to keep an eye on it afterwards I can, but there's no obligation to.

Always there to answer my questions, which has saved me countless hours of googling.
