Email that arrives, and is trusted
If your emails are landing in spam or not arriving at all, that's business quietly slipping away: a quote your customer never sees, a reply you never get. I find out why and put it right, so your email can be trusted again.

A real person you can call
I'm the person you can call. I sort the fiddly admin, fix the things that stop working, and show you round the tools you're already paying for, so you finally get your money's worth from them.

Right-sized, and honest about it
You don't need a six-month project or a five-figure bill to do that. More often than not, a small change or an hour of training is all it takes, and I'll tell you honestly when that's the case.

Make your intranet earn its keep
If you've got a SharePoint or an intranet gathering dust, I'll help you actually use it, or set one up the right way if you don't have one yet.

A simpler setup, only if it helps
If it ever makes sense to simplify, or move to something like kSuite, I'll say so and explain the trade-off, but only when it helps you, not me.

Protecting your business
Never dependent on me
I'm one person, so I'm not an emergency service. What I do instead is make sure you never depend on me to keep working. Your email, your domain and your accounts are in your name, on your card, and another supplier can pick them up without asking me.
Better on ground I know
I'll work with whatever you're already on, Microsoft or Google. It just runs faster, cheaper and steadier on ground I know well, and I'll always be honest about that trade-off. If you're better off where you are, I'll say so.
