How it works
Step 1: Understanding what you need
The initial part of the call will walk you through our process to make sure we use the time effectively and understand what you need to happen.
We will ask questions about your situation, including network and anything that we need to know that is related to providing you with support.
All information is treated in a confidential manner and stored on our systems securely. You can always request a copy and we can remove it after the call if you prefer.
We do not ask for or store passwords during calls. We provide you with a safer way to share this confidential information to assure your security.
Step 2: Giving you options
Everyone's situation is different and we want to make sure you have full control over what we are doing and how much it will cost.
Before we continue the call, we give you an estimate of how long we think we need, anything else you need to provide us with and any options you can select from to resolve the issue(s).
Step 3: Resolving your issue(s)
If you decide you don't want us to continue we can either refund you for the call or put it on your account to continue the work at a later date.
If you decide to take a resolution option, we will carry on for the duration you booked the call initially and book any additional time required.
We may not be able to resolve your issue(s) fully in the initial call depending on the duration you chose. We will prioritize customers who have started support calls with us, so you can be assured that we will continue resolving it quickly.
Step 4: Making sure you are happy
